		<description>Hi Rob,

I just posted last week about the sort of things that can happen if you're not careful about your eating habits while on site: http://www.breakingmurphyslaw.com/2008/05/16/dont-kick-the-bucket/

The Warrior Diet is a great idea but I'm not sure if I'm warrior enough to beat back all those big chocolate chip cookies that seem to be hanging around a lot of events.

Thanks,
Lee</description>
